We are super excited to be able to offer this mind-blowing wildlife adventure again! This is a 15-day/14-night birding tour in Uganda. Join us on our exciting two-week trip as we share with you the very best birds and mammals that vibrant Uganda has to offer.

Ranging from papyrus swamps, high altitude forest, lowland forest, savannah grasslands, and the mighty River Nile, we explore the wonderful bird-rich habitats and the impressive national parks of this exiting country. Expect to see well over 400 species of bird on our special two-week trip.

What makes us different?

We run this tour with only six guests plus at least three guides (Alan, Ruth and an expert professional local guide) throughout. We may also have additional local guides at specific wildlife locations. This provides and exceptional guest-to-guide ratio, so we can make sure that everyone has the highest levels of individual customer service and the best possible wildlife-viewing experience. Also, we already include all your tracking permits to guarantee your gorilla and chimpanzee tracking experiences.

Our exciting tour includes 15 days’ guided bird- and mammal-watching; 14 nights’ accommodation on a fully-inclusive basis in very comfortable hotels and lodges with ensuite rooms throughout, close to the best wildlife areas and where possible actually within the national parks; guiding by Alan and Ruth and an expert English-speaking local guide (the very best guide in Uganda!) throughout the trip; additional expert local guides at specific birdwatching locations; transport in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle during the tour with experienced professional driver; all excursions as itemised in the itinerary; all entrance fees; gorilla and chimp tracking permits (1 permit per person) already included; all meals (breakfast, lunch and evening meal) from evening meal on Day 1 through to lunch on Day 15; bottled drinking water throughout the tour; use of our field guides; use of our top-of-the-range telescopes; Entebbe airport transfers; individual checklists of the birds, mammals and other wildlife we will be looking for.

The price of this exceptional all-inclusive small-group tour is £7995 per person sharing a double/twin room. Sorry but we do have to pass on the single room supplement of £1055 we are charged by the lodges and hotels for anyone wishing to have an individual room on the trip. As we are fixing the price so far in advance, we reserve the right to amend the price in the event of a major currency fluctuation or unforeseen price increases.

The tour price does not include: international flights to/from Entebbe airport; visa; innoculations; personal travel and medical insurance; medication; alcoholic drinks; any additional soft drinks or snacks; laundry services; any items of a personal nature; tips for gorilla and chimpanzee rangers, guides and porters, and all local birding guides and driver.
