North Norfolk Winter Birding With Birdwatching Trips

Each day we will explore the wonderful coastline of North Norfolk in search of amazing birds.

We will visit RSPB Titchwell, Cley NWT, Holkham NNR, Holme Dunes NWT, Kelling, Hunstanton, The Wash and many other sites. We hope to see over 100 species of birds during this wonderful winter birdwatching holiday.

Just some of the exciting species of birds we will be looking for include…

Red-throated Diver, Slavonian Grebe, Velvet Scoter, Long-tailed Duck, Common Eider, Pink-footed Geese, Barnacle Geese, Dark-bellied Brent Geese, Avocets, Ruff, Black-tailed and Bar-tailed Godwits, Spotted Redshank, Woodcock, Jack Snipe, Hen Harrier, Marsh Harrier, Merlin, Peregrine Falcon, Bearded Tit, Snow Bunting, Shore Lark, Barn Owl, Short-eared Owl, Fulmar, and any rare and scarce birds that are in the area. Our winter trip in January 2025 enjoyed Long-billed Dowitcher, Pallid Harrier, Glaucous Gull, Glossy Ibis, Tundra Bean Geese, so always something extra in Norfolk!
