This is a five-day birdwatching trip in North Wales.
North Wales is a wonderful place to visit with its exciting blend of resident, migrant, returning winter and departing summer birds, depending on the season. Add to this a wide variety of habitats and stunning scenery and you have the perfect mix for a birdwatching break.

North Wales offers the birdwatcher a wonderful
blend of habitats from high mountains, across moors, through woodlands, reedbeds, lakes, marshes, seacliffs and estuaries, all with exciting birds to enjoy. Expect to enjoy over 120 sspecies at any time of year. This is an exclusive tour with just six participants with two guides, Alan and Ruth.

Stonechats are resident in North Wales and we will encounter them on our trip.
Our five day Birdwatching Trip will be based at the lovely
Princes Arms Hotel in the scenic Conwy Valley where the birdwatching begins from your bedroom window! The wonderful food here is another highlight of this trip, you will not go hungry! The tour includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and evening meal) from lunch on day one to lunch on day five.

Each day we will explore the varied habitats of North Wales to enjoy the wonderful bird life and stunning scenery. We will be in touch with all the latest bird news to ensure we see the most exciting birds around, expect the unexpected! We will enjoy around
120 species of birds during the five day trip.

Our trip does not include -- Transport to and from the Princes Arms Hotel, Trefriw, Conwy. However, we are happy to arrange a transfer to and from nearby Llandudno Junction railway station at a convenient time at no extra charge.

General Tour Information:
Difficulty:
Easy. Walks are on trails and footpaths which may have an uneven surface. You should be able to walk unaided at least a mile on rough or uneven surfaces. Please contact us if you have any concerns over your participation.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque or electronic bank transfer. We ask for 20% deposit upon booking with the balance due by 70 days before travel. Full details are provided on our Booking Form. Please ensure you also see our Terms and Conditions and Booking Confirmation Statement. We are compliant with the Packaged Travel Regulations 2018 to give you the fullest possible protection.
Transportation:
Transport will be in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be in a very comfortable hotel, all bedrooms are ensuite. There is no lift in this delightful Victorian hotel.
Participants:
This tour will run with a minimum of three and a maximum of six guests. The tour will go ahead provided at least three guests have booked by 70 days before the start of the tour.
